Craft Blog

I just thought I would let you know that I have been and will be posting most of my crafty stuff on my craft blog that I am doing with my sister Marissa. The first half of the posts are actually crafty posts from the last year or so that I imported from this blog, so it won't be anything new, but there are several more recent posts. I will probably still occasionally post some of the things here for those who are interested, or post a link to a certain post on the other blog, in case you're like me and already have a bazillion blogs you check and don't have time/ don't remember to check one more.
Anyway, here is the link: Home Sweet Homebodies

Other Blog

I thought I would share a blog that my family created about a month or so ago to compile recipes. The blog was my mom's idea, and we started it especially with my brother Tayler in mind, to collect "...recipes suitable for missionaries, singles, and anyone looking for fast, easy, and cheap recipes, with non-strange ingredients." This actually describes me perfectly, as I rarely want to cook things that are time consuming, difficult, or expensive. :D
Feel free to peruse the recipes for ideas (go to the archives, or click on the labels- each post is labeled with the main ingredient etc.). If you are interested in contributing to the blog, let me know and I can send you an invite to be an author. The cool thing is that we can "slurp" the whole blog using free software from http://www.blurb.com/ and have it published (for a small fee of course) into a real cookbook! How cool is that?
Anyway, the blog address is http://missionrecipes.blogspot.com/

A new blog

I looked far and wide, and have determined that there is no rule saying a man should have but one blog, and consequently I now have two. I will continue to post here, but my posts here will be family oriented, and more personal. My other blog will contain my more controversial posts regarding Sociology, Politics, Technology, and anything else I find interesting and controversial. Today I have posted my first post there, and you are all free to take a look. This blog will be open to the general public, and so it is entirely possible, if not likely, that complete strangers will be reading it and commenting. I will therefore have no references to my personal life on it, and no links to this blog or other family blogs. Due to the fact that I am somewhat more liberal than many of you, please do not be surprised if you happen to disagree with me. However, please feel free to comment and tell me what you think. I respect all of your opinions, and am happy to hear your thoughts on my blogs. I think that a lively conversation can be both invigorating, and educational, and that we should all take part. You can find my other blog here: http://sociolitics.blogspot.com/

Looking forward to seeing you there!
